DES MOINES — Iowa Democratic Party Chair Tyler Olson today responded to a fundraising appeal sent out by Governor Branstad’s campaign on the Governor’s refusal to expand Medicaid and provide much needed health insurance to 155,000 Iowans.

“Governor Branstad should be ashamed of himself.  He is trying to raise money on the backs of the 155,000 uninsured Iowans, including children, seniors, and veterans. This shows that Governor Branstad is simply out-of-touch.”
