2010 is going to be a great year for Democrats. One of our great leaders is kicking off his re-election campaign next week, and we’d like to invite you.

Treasurer Michael Fitzgerald has been serving Iowa since 1982, making him the longest serving State Treasurer in the nation. Iowans of all political stripes recognize his hard work and knowledge and keep him as our state’s chief financial officer year after year.

Mike’s a great guy and was one of President Obama’s earliest supporters. Now he needs our support again.

Join him this Wednesday, December 16, to kick-off his campaign. We’ll be at the Grand Piano Bistro at 506 East Grand Avenue in Des Moines at 5:00pm.
