The Iowa Democratic Party’s 2009 Jefferson Jackson Dinner will feature the debut of a new event – a Victory 2010 after-party highlighting the party’s outstanding candidates for U.S. Senate.

This will be a less-formal get-together of Iowa Democrats at a site adjacent to the dinner.

The Victory 2010 event will be held at Hy-Vee Hall at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 21. Vice President Joe Biden is the featured speaker at the dinner. The Jefferson Jackson Dinner is traditionally the largest annual gathering of Iowa Democrats.

Tickets for the Victory 2010 after-party event are included with dinner tickets, but are also available separately at the door for $20.

(Vice President Biden will not be in attendance at the Victory 2010 event.)
